Lisbon
Portugal
Lisbon completely won us over. Tram 28 at sunrise was empty and magical, the fado night in Alfama had us both in tears, and Sintra felt like stepping into a storybook. Four days, seven hills, and more custard tarts than we will admit to.

Reykjavik & South Iceland
Iceland
Iceland was pure drama. Walking behind Seljalandsfoss, crunching crampons into Solheimajokull, and then standing alone at Diamond Beach with icebergs glowing at sunrise. We caught the aurora on our third night over Vik and just stood there in silence for an hour.

Tokyo
Japan
Tokyo exceeded every expectation. Senso-ji at dawn was magical, the Shibuya scramble at sunset was electric, and the Hakone day gave us our first Fuji view. Four days felt just right — enough ancient, enough neon, and ramen at every turn.

Interlaken & Jungfrau Region
Switzerland
The Bernese Oberland redefined 'mountain views' for us. Standing on the Jungfraujoch glacier at 3,454m, walking beneath 72 waterfalls in Lauterbrunnen, and ending with a slow coffee in the car-free village of Mürren — every day topped the last. The trains run like clockwork and every window is a postcard. We came for the hikes and left completely hooked on Alpine Switzerland.

New York City
USA
Four days, four flavors of energy. We timed our Brooklyn Bridge walk for sunset and watched Manhattan light up — pure magic. Central Park in autumn, the Met, a slice at Joe's, jazz in the Village... NYC delivers on every cliché and somehow makes them feel brand new. Walking 20,000 steps a day was the only way to do it justice. Already dreaming of the next visit.

Tokyo
Japan
Five days in Tokyo felt like living inside a film. From the incense haze at Senso-ji at dawn to the electric scramble of Shibuya at midnight, the city never stops surprising you. Hakone gave us our first glimpse of Fuji through the clouds, and teamLab left us speechless. The food alone — yakitori alleys, counter sushi, a perfect bowl of tonkotsu — would be reason enough to come back. Already planning the return.
